Wallpaper keep dissapearing

Why my wallpaper on note 20 ultra keep disappearing even update March 2021

Reset..? Do have other ways than that, coz it took time while backup my data...

Or new update to fix that bug maybe?!

Maybe u have messed with the settings because we the rest users hv no problems

Ok i try reset but due to my purchase my **bleep** from maxis it not allow me to reset it....
