Hi, I have folder z 5g and inner screen doesn't work. Use phone about 3 months. So,  call to hot line - they send me to service center, and service center even not make test:) said that I have to pay for check and repair. So again, nice phone and absolutely bad service.

And also service center staff tell that galaxy watch s3 is NOT water proof. So its not protected IP68 standard!!

Also galaxy gear s3 watch not waterproof and nobody knows about IP68 standart:))))

For Gear S3 is waterproof according to IP68 standard, it is 1.5 meters waterproof for 30 minutes, can be worn in daily life, being sweaty, exposed to rain, wash hands, but it is not recommended to wear it underwater This is because there may be excessive water pressure.

For watch: on Samui I gave them to change touch screen, and same day I recieve it, I use it in shower. So they stop working in shower, I return it to service center and they said that motherboard need change because of water. And that watch is not waterproof, and ip68 is fake

For the phone, they ask me to pay first 4700thb and after make insurance or pay 17k THB. But phone doesn't have any damages from outside
