why do we not have 5ghz hotspot option? on the note 9 exynos,help me

Why is there no 5ghz option on the hotspot for the note 9 exynos, this is a joke, why does Samsung do this I paid a lot for this phone and I can't get this simple function. Please help me

5G is very expensive and not sure if your area supports it, for example the A71 is around RM1500, and the 5G version of it is around RM3000

I don't see it as a good move if Samsung has 5Ghz hotspot option. Unless the phone itself supports 5G, a normal 4G speed is way less than 5Ghz hotspot/ wifi connection.

You have a good, super fast hotspot 5Ghz, but the phone is using 4G connection, which means back end speed is still slow. Got what I mean?🙂

p/s : Don't get confused with 5G connectivity and 5Ghz wifi/hotspot connection.

5ghz hotspot has better speed than 2.4 GHz hotspot. that is a fact, my friend. Samsung is ripping people off why should I accept it. Samsung is the new Apple. both rip off customers

Agree but like I said, if the connection itself is just 4G, there's no point to have a 5Ghz hotspot connection. Back end speed is still slow. It's like connecting to your home 5Ghz wifi at 450Mbps speed, but your broadband connection is just 100Mbps connection. Your speed is still tops at 100 then.

Anyway, the choice is in your hand. There's plenty of choices out there.

Also explain to me why Samsung warranty is region specific? I have a sm-n960f ds which I brought in Malaysia but when I moved to the uk Samsung tell me I have no warranty in the uk even thou in the uk they also have the same model ie the sm-n960 f ds, with same exynos chip as Malaysia. it is all to make money.🤔🤔🤔, Even Apple don't do that.
when with covid 19 and no flight they would not help customer. Samsung are a Rip off.

the reason I am upset with Samsung because it has been native to android since lollipop. also in other region of the world

Also we get the waste time exynos chip but other regions like north America get the better snapdragon chip, but we pay the same. why do samsung do this to us, it because the exynos is made by samsung and is cheap. Samsung are the new Apple, they rip off customers🤐🤐
