Why VoLTE not working on my Note 20 ultra

Eventhough my digi package have VoLTE enabled why is the VoLTE symbol not showing up in my notifications panel. I'm using note 20 ultra which is compatible with VoLTE.

Btw my mom's S9 can show the VoLTE symbol.

Pls I need help guys!!!

I used to had the same issue. A simple phone restart fixed it. Never had any issues since then

maybe is your telco problem did you contact them?

last time I thought is my phone problem but when I contact the they say they have some issue

this matter usually cause is simkad.. try make new simkad for u new phone..

mine is working on my note 9, using digi as well
