Right after the update for One UI 7.0, the phone's network status always encounter NO SERVICE in high rise buildings.

And now, after updated to One UI 8.0, the phone's network status will be either No Service or under E signal when exit from the lift at Ground level.

What's the issue? Hardware? Software? Or Telco?

No. As the 5G connection will be reconnected after turning on and off the FLIGHT MODE.

Feel sorry for you..i encounter the same issue previously (around last year) with my note 10+ after a while from the last update..dunno what happened but always no internet connection..try many things still cannot settle..at last sell as sparepart 🥲 so dissapointed..and i realize i'm not alone l..a few people experiencing same issue if u try to ask at Fb Samsung S user group page.. various model.. no drop or fall into water nothing but still persist..
