Apps won't fully close after clearing from Recents panel

After updating my S24 FE to One UI 8 (Android 16), I realised that most apps (specifically the banking ones), will not close/log out fully after clearing the Recents panel. Does anyone also facing this issue after the update? I do not wish to factory reset this device as I have work apps configured.

I think either the new update patch ot the updates for my banking apps solves the issue.
