Awful update of One UI 6

After updated my s22 ultra to One UI 6, I've noticed that the pictures, videos, vivid colour and camera quality got worst! I regretted the update! Is Samsung going to fix this in the next 6.1 update? 

Any s22 ultra owners facing the same issue?

I don't relize those issues...but when zooming quality are a bit worst than before.

I dont think ONE UI 6.1 will get on S22 Ultra.

No official statement yet i guess.

I've done some digging and apparently many s22 ultra users faced the same issue like washed out pictures/videos quality and the zoom quality too. S22 ultra will get one ui 6.1 update but sometime in the first half of 2024.

If I'm not mistaken, on One UI 6, Samsung did some tuning to its camera algorithm which resulted in less sharpening and tone down the degree of brightening so pictures appears slightly less vivid and muted but it's rather closer to actual. This is the theme on the S23 series and further tone down on S24 series. Depends on one's preferences actually

No issues. I was rocking an S22U prior to getting the S24U. I guess we are all used to vivid and punchy colors from Samsung. But all in all I think it's not a necessary bad change in the new direction to make things slightly on par with actual expectations (what your eyes actually see). Still believe it or not even after that S22U still have punchier photos compare to my wife's S23U and my own S24U

I am not updating my s22ultra to one ui 6.1. I've just recently changed the phone screen and I do not want to take any chances for the screen to have issues again.

May I know how much cost to change the screen ?

I changed the screen under Samsung programme at selected outlet that they had earlier this year. So the screen replacement was FOC I only had to pay for diagnostic checkings / labour service
