Cellular network persist in Emergency call

Ever since updated my s22 ultra to latest One UI 7, my cellular always remain emergency call. 

Dual sim experience the same.

Single sim experience the same.

On and off im getting signal, anyone experiencing the same?

I mean, what they did? Did they reset your phone network? Change you a simcard? Etc.

Just reset the problem
