Delivery of S25 Ultra Jet-black 1TB

I had ordered the above and a charger on 23 Jan 25 immediately after the unpacked event and Samsung had just sent me the charger on 5 Feb but not the phone!
Those who had chosen pickup had already received on 5 Feb.(Btw I had requested 29 Jan for delivery)
When I called the online support, I was told it is out of stock! Had sent an email to Samsung but have yet to get a reply.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Why don't you ask them (the Samsung Experts in Samsung.com/sg/) to expedite your order so you'll receive your order ASAP when stocks arrive at their warehouse? That's what they did for me (they put my order in high priority). They

Do note that they told me they deliver batch by batch. Meaning to say if you ordered during the unpacked event (early), you should already have gotten your S25 Ultra.

It could also be because that particular color is in popular demand, thus the need to wait longer as many Samsung customers decided to get that color.
