Disappointed in Samsung Delivery

I had 2 preorders.

1. Fold 6 and Buds 3 pro (10 Jul)

2. Flip 6 (12 Jul)

Both are scheduled to deliver by 19th Jul 2359

Had received update that both on its way to be delivered on 18th Jul. Good stuff.

In hours later, an sms came from Samsung mentioned that "due to unexpected challenges affecting shipping operations...with *** by 22nd Jul....to expedite, items maybe delivered separately "

This is always frustrating in Samsung shipping.

They had prevuous mess up where 3rd parties purchase arrived faster (3 days ahead) than Samsung...or information telling u sorry. Keep waiting.

This are really hurting Samsung experience. 

Had always been purchase Samsung devices since S2 (S, note , fold tablets....).it's often theses shipping issue that destroy the experience

Honor Magic v3 should be available, and it's better than fold 6 in every possible spec so far... I'd say the delay in shipment is prolly an opportunity for us to cancel the order, might be a true blessing in disguise

I see... I wanted to wait for pixel 9 pro fold which will be launching in SG but I still buy back Fold 6 due to the discount and trade in of my fold 4...

Nv really try honor software before so no confidence to jump ship...

Even if many foldable devices are available, might not change. Samsung often demonstrate quality issue (recalling) or just lousy forwarder service they choose

We had oppo last year...I had been using it since launch after using fold 5 for a very short while. Oppo has a better sw. Honor has a global release (v2) in SG....just not popular

Can export. Nowadays, China handset has a "gms option" in setting. It makes things easier

Same issue here... called Samsung and they claimed the parcel is already with their LDM .. so if u don't receive sms from the LDM in the morning then no hope to receiving today.

Deliveries only happens Monday to Saturday.

Sigh ... same issue last year

If ur order is "on the way", u will receive a sms from the courier to inform you the window period... Something like this screenshot This is my watch order cos I order separately from my fold 6...

If your order has buds 3 pro, best to check your order on Samsung page or Samsung shop app to see it's status... Likely delivery date being push back to a later date...

Don't want give u false hope... I also won't get to play with new phone... 😭

I got the sms for 22nd July but call centre mentioned possibility for tomorrow which I guess not ....

And yes, my order includes both fold6 and buds3pro ...

Status in Samsung Shop app, under tracking page, doesn't even have a date yet.
