Dual clock showing wrong on lock screen

, I have not set any time or any country which have one hour. it shows wrong clocks on screen. but when I unlock the screen it shows correct time.

I see you have second sim card under roaming. Probably you might need to disable it or easier to take it out?

when I unlock the scren I can see two clocks correctly but when I lock the second clock always one hour less what ever the country
