Subject: Feature Request: Synchronize Gallery Groups with Physical File Directory in My Files
Description: I would like to suggest a feature that bridges the gap between the Samsung Gallery's visual organization and the actual physical file structure in the My Files app.
Currently, creating a "Group" in the Gallery app is only a virtual organizational tool. I am requesting an option—perhaps within Gallery Labs or as a toggle in settings—that allows Gallery Groups to act as physical subfolders.
How it would work:
When a user creates a Group in the Gallery app, a corresponding Folder is automatically created in the phone's internal storage (e.g., under /Internal Storage/Pictures/).
Moving an album into that Gallery Group would automatically move that album's physical folder into the new parent folder in My Files.
This would ensure that the organization I see in my Gallery is perfectly mirrored when I connect my phone to a PC or browse via the My Files app.
Benefit: This would save users a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to organize files twice (once for viewing and once for storage management). It would make file management much more intuitive for Galaxy users.
