Frozen screen when turning on the phone

My Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus screen has been frozen for more than 30 minutes today. It still hasn't reached the lockscreen yet. What can I do to fix this?

Can you try hold your phone's 'volume down + power' or 'volume up + power'?

Soft reset the phone

Hardware issue. You power off your device and connected with charger. If it can be charged , high chances CPU,RAM or Emmc got problem liaws. Software or formatting won't solve the issue ya. 😃
