It's almost 1 month now since i redeemed the free case for the galaxy buds3 pro and still haven't received. This is the problem with samsung free gifts redemption, it doesn't come with the item when you purchase them, like the free case it should be given together with the buds upon delivery/ purchase.. they say the case delivery will take another 2-3 weeks. Like you need to purchase another case for the mean time to use. Or they could have just make the redemption on the retail store itself, they are just the same samsung stores anyway.
The thought is like the redemption gifts are given against their will and just to lure customers to purchase there devices. Very disappointing....
Same happened with the free watch bands for my GW7.

no they are not the same samsung storesb managed by different local vendors by sector
