Samsung finally released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update for Galaxy S23 FE. 

This update comes with firmware version S711BXXU1BWK9 and has a download size of 2751.54 MB.

This is so beyond frustrating considering this is technically the newest galaxy device to be released. For some reason, the US variant, seems to be the problem because the Exynos version from all other companies already received the update.
