Samsung finally released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update for Galaxy S23 FE. 

This update comes with firmware version S711BXXU1BWK9 and has a download size of 2751.54 MB.

no android 14 on my s23 FE .... as of it

I had to get rid of S23 FE by selling it away and got myself a Z flip 5 and i loved it more than the S23 FE. Oh also i notice the Z flip 5 gets the update faster anyways than the S23 FE. Goodbye S23 FE
