You need to bring your phone to nearby Samsung SC so they can inspect and see if you are eligible for foc screen replacement, I got mine repair for free today
Which SC ? majority SC will not offer free repair, last time visit two SC different state , ask for repair the backcover glue/tape tear off , they did general inspection and told it need order the tape/glue and charged for around RM200+ and need wait up to 1month+ , last i gave up to do repair at SC.
I think probably all SC will offer free screen replacement but not for the labor cost, I got my S22 repaired for screen replacement this week for free and I just paid around Rm80 for labor cost, I sent my phone to SC KB, but still they will send to KL for inspection first.
