How do I change the animated ring that lights up around the camera

I use a S23 FE and a S24 ULTRA and had a Zfold3. A nice thing about the phones is that it had a ring light up around the camera when you're on the lock screen. Now, my phone only shows a black dot that looks very ugly and uncool. The S24 Ultra still has a ring animation...

What's going on here?

Are you using face recognition to unlock the phone?
Try to use this option on those phones that don't have ring animation.
