If anyone has not received their s25 preorder till now, let's gather here and together stronger we claim our rights. I am considering
1. Writing to the press. I am good in writing BM, English and chinese.
2. We all share a post and viral it in social media.
3. Consider lodge a file to tribunal of consumer claims


I have it enough, too disappointed.
I am not a difficult person to start with. But they way they handle the issue is just bad and like forcing customers to quietly accept their problem and only wait. Not even any little consolation words to calm us down. Very poor customer service and PR handling.

what is the meaning of pre-order? I am still waiting when those who buy it after pre-order period have already got their phone. initially said estimated delivery is from 10-13th, then when I asked on 15th, they said by 28th. After that, when i failed a proper enquiry, they replied that 10-13 is just a try to prepare early. The standard delivery is from. 24/2 - 4/3. Today i received a call from the customer service and said probably by 28th March. Is that what they call it a pre-order?

Then now they tell me the color i chose is limited and ask me to change the color. When i purchase, there is no number of how many phone with that specific color is available to grab. And it stated that it is online exclusive color, but it never been considered as limited edition. And now they said they cant provide this color to me.
See, they are selling something that they might have no intension to supply. Plus, their promise of delivery period keeps changing and confusing. At least the word "pre-order" has been confusing. They have taken out money and till now we have not accept the good.
With these, it already against the act 599, consumer protection act 1999
will consider filing a legal complaint to the tribunal for consumer claim.

I agree bro, do tell the steps. I'm also fed up with their waiting attitude. Waste of our resources.

Am waiting patiently till at least after 28th, the promised date of delivery stated in their T&C. Then will take action if still not delivered

Not sure if it is because of me complaining so many times and telling them that I am filing a legal complaint, they are now sending my phone.
The status is "out for delivery".
As they are following their T&C which stated delivery is from 13-28/2, I will have to wait and see.

If this is fake, I will straight away lodge the complaint.
