Went down, and the staff mentioned u need to have Galaxy S23 to redeem the free tote bag. Not for all Samsung members.. 😅

Lies, we went down with s23 ultra and showed them our samsung membership...and yet they said it's only for people who pre-orders at the event

This was exactly the same experience for me! No tote bag, this is FALSE ADVERTISING! I was one of the many people who went down early to queue for the free gift on Saturday only to be told the Marinabay Experience shop opens at 12pm instead of 11am and this was due to the Samsung team changing their mind the night before and did not even update the website on the new timing. The free case was also limited to the first 10 customers.... they should have highlighted that on the website too to warn everyone.
