For some new apps that I have downloaded for the past few weeks, I have not been able to "locate" them on my apps drawer. But when I search for it, it appears. When I click on "Locate the app" it doesn't show.
I actually tried to use the Hide App function, it will just black out and refreshes into the home screen.
I have been trying to find a fix for this issue for weeks and I could find any solution.
This is extremely frustrating, and really contemplating switching back to my old BlackBerry Key2 LE, which feels a lot more functional though it is much slower than the RAM.
In additional, phone signal keeps dropping when I put my SIM 1 slot. Now is temporarily using the SIM 2 slot.
