Why is that backups aren't stored on Samsung cloud or something? My phone was factory reset by a hacker with the find my device feature. It even deleted the things on my SD card which is was surprised about. I thought ok cool setting up again and trying to find help won't take long except when I log into my Samsung account and try to restore it's saying there's no backups on the phone.
