Notification bubble

I have been experiencing notification issue, whereby when a notification comes in, there no brief pop up of the apps.. i just see the little icon on the left side of the status bar... 

previously i was using dynamic spot..

does anyone knows how to fix this or is this a bug after one ui 7 update?

dynamic spot is an app? the bug is probably coming from there.

to enable brief pop-up notifs, u can enable it in the settings.

i have uninstalled the apps,, it was okay before... the weird thing is notification from apps in secure folder did appear..
