Due to the delay in the software update in the s24 ultra, I have being constantly checking the member app if there's any update from anyone or if samsung has given any apologies or statements in regards to this .
I never thought I will be so consistent on this app

Totally understandable! When you’ve invested in a flagship like the S24 Ultra and were promised a smooth, timely update experience, delays like this can be super frustrating. The silence from Samsung Malaysia doesn’t help either — it leaves users in the dark, checking the Members app like it’s a news feed.

On the bright side, you’re definitely not alone — the whole community is in the same boat, refreshing the app daily (hourly, even 😅). Let’s hope Samsung drops a solid fix and some proper communication soon to make up for this mess.
