I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24 from Samsung's website. Ever since receiving the phone, I've encountered numerous problems. However, due to a trip overseas lasting a week and a half, I postponed addressing these issues. Upon returning, I contacted T-Mobile to rectify what I thought was a service-related problem. After two weeks of numerous calls with T-Mobile, it was determined that the phone itself was defective. T-Mobile kindly reached out to Samsung and explained the situation. The phone was received on April 5th, and the return period ends on May 5th. This conclusion was reached on May 6th. Despite spending hours with Samsung, they refused to replace the brand-new phone purchased from them because it passed 1 day.. I was transferred to multiple departments and supervisors, and when I requested to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for an hour, only to have the call disconnected. For a large company like Samsung, I am extremely disappointed. I strongly advise against purchasing directly from their website. Instead, consider using other vendors, as they often prioritize customer care more than Samsung. After this experience, I'm uncertain if I'll continue using Samsung products. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service.
