S20+ Terrible Gaming Performance

Hi Everyone, 

This is my first samsung devices, i pretty disappointed with the performance i get over the rm1.8k phone k20 pro. The gaming performance is horrible, how come cheap phones can do highest setting with full 60fps but 3999 phone cannot. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Eqi95AGzF2bcFbd79

 Look at the lag while game, i even need to set graphics to low only is playable, come on la samsung....i paid premium for flagship but performance like rm1000 phone. The more i think of it the more disappointed i am. System latest, game latest, dont ask me check for latest update. All latest, gamer launcher performance set to focus on performance.

What is this la samsung....3999 for this....

If all the gaming resolution is poor, please allow us to advice below steps.

Did your phone experience overheat? If your phone reaches a certain temperature and the phone throttles the speed of both GPU and CPU in order to protect it from overheating.

1. Go to Screen resolution settings.

   Navigate to Settings. Then, search for and select Screen resolution.

2. Choose your resolution.

   Choose your desired resolution, and then tap Apply.

Is poor performance, one round of game already throttle until all frame drop? Not logic bro compare to a 1.8k device that dint lag before?

umm not s20 but note 9 lol, highest settings no prob, also cod 😂, no lag at all, thats why i say its impossible that s20 have poor performance, even for exynos version, so maybe you have to go to customer service to find why is that

i see, i have concern tho, as this is pretty new phone some peopl say is not yet optimized nicely, so may i ask did u get ur note 9 on the day it launch or other few month? 🤭

yes i have samsung s20 and i have same problem i even set my games to low  and have poor performance i gus s20 with EXYNOS cpu is very disappointing
