Wanted to ask around the community if anyone encountered the same issues I did, frame drops/frame skips when I play games, like stuttering. It happens for a bit then disappears after a while and comes back again, like the processor is struggling to render the frames.

I have done a app cache wipe, reinstall app, close all apps in the background, ensure the phone isn't hot all those, even tried installing Samsung's app booster. The last resort was to factory reset my phone and I did that, clean build of the phone without even transferring my previous data from my Note 10+, it still has the same issue.

Currently I have tried the same games with the same settings on my Note 10+ next to it and the note 10+ outperforms this phone. But the other issue is my friends who own the S20 Ultra too recorded them playing the same stages, same games, same settings, theirs don't encounter this problem. This stuttering also sometimes happen in the general use of the phone, like scrolling through my apps in home screen or even scrolling IM messages.

I'm pretty disappointed that my phone is having this issue, and I first encountered it when I got it a few weeks ago, on day 1 of unboxing it. I thought it was the phone processor wasn't optimized by the games yet but if my friends who has the same phone and same settings that don't encounter this issue, clearly I might have gotten a defective one.

I love this phone but if I bought it and I can't play games on it properly then I feel like it wasn't worth it to buy this flagship.
