Anyone facing the same problem after upgrade One UI 5.0 with Android 13 last year end update? 

I try reset everything cant solve the problem. Any solutions?

Please check the setting: setting - connections - mobile network - network mode.

Done. Still the same. Even i try to change sim card also the same

okay.. u need to send it at the nearest Samsung centre for them to diagnose it. you can schedule an appointment with them at the Support tab in this Samsung Members app
