S22 Ultra green line on rampant

Hi All, the green light saber(line) appeared somewhere mid of Oct'24 after a week or so from my software update at end of Sep'24. Today I received additional saber. My lovely phone is now becoming more eye sore. I had checked with the support and went to the SC, but they told me that the pixel is dead and it will cost me rm800 to fix it back in Nov'24. Samsung Malaysia has not been helpful at all and played t@i chi with consumer. I am more triggered when the second light saber appeared. After some online surfing, I came across etribunal claim (link: https://ttpm.kpdn.gov.my/user/account/90000?logout=yes) proposed by lowyat forum user recently and after lodging a claim, Samsung Malaysia would do a free replacement. Does anyone succeed in making the claim and mind to share the steps? Thanks in advance!

***.. you guys dont do anything. you make it appear that you will do something. if you are doing something, you will charge highhhh amount. same thing you guys did to my s22 ultra boop loop issue because i updated my software to one ui 6.1. service centre charging me for replacing motherboard for 2k rm when it is a global issue, not my own phone issue. shame to your company
