S22Ultra UI7 android 15 lock screen problems

Is anyone experienced lock screen keeps lock and unlock by itself after update to new UI7. After restart problem persistent.

Now my fold 5 experienced the same issue and goes into safe mode. What happened??

You'll need to contact support to see what's happening (they will take you through basic troubleshooting), and if unsuccessful, will need to be looked at by a technician.

You should also send an error report via Members (long hold app > error reports) for support team to log and look into the issue.

Already sent. I walked into the cust care branch at gravitas Penang. They are unable to help but need to fact reset. So, I have factory reset my S22 Ultra n lost some of my important data Fold5 is the next one. 😑

You need to backup external just with samsung smart switch
