I'm facing issues with this new earbuds, Jabra Elite 4

I have no issue with pairing the earbuds, I can listen to music with it, watch videos with it, the output is fine.

The problem is, I can't seem to give any input via the Jabra Elite 4, meaning, when I'm on a call with the earbuds, the input will not be via the earbuds, but the phone's microphone itself, same thing happens when I tried to do voice recording, video recording etc. The phone does receive sounds, but they are received through the phone's microphone rather than the connected earbuds.

I've tried connecting the earbuds to other devices like Apple phone and my laptop, and both input and output had no issue.

I've searched online and followed some steps from Samsung Customer service team to reset the Bluetooth settings, re-paired the earbuds, none works and same problem persists, can hear but can not talk.

Please help.

I have exactly the same problem since mid  July. It makes the headphones useless and puts Samsung  reliability in question. Please take a closer look at this issue.
