Flagship S23 Ultra Stablizier issue within 4 months.

Month claimed for warranty: 11/2023.
Service Center: Malaysia JB City Square branch

Issue:
Main camera (2nd camera count from top) stabilizer keeps buzzing and vibrating, all videos taken are blurry and tearing when taking moving video. My phone is well cared. Confirm never drop, never have water damage.

Experience with the service:
Main camera has been replaced, but top camera gets completely dirty and full of dust, circle smudges internally. Fixed my main camera but they caused another issue on the top camera. Will Samsung replace the smudges + scratched camera for me? Will they say they are able to replace only when the camera is defect? Before sent to service, you told me that you will go through proper test and diagnostic test. How come after service full of dust and smudges on the top camera?

What Happen after that:
Put in Service Center again due to dissatisfied with the fix. Technician confirm didn't handle my phone properly, else it won't be like that. This is a flagship phone not a normal phone. You have to fix it in a proper original conditioned way before handover to your flagship customer. Sommore full of thumbprint on my phone and camera external cover glass, not cleaning it properly before handover to customer.

Then, they don't pick up phone calls at all. Will probably switch to iOS in the future due to camera hardware failure within 6 months and the bad service experienced. Now still have to wait for another round of fix to the camera smudge, keep disassembling the phone will just make it worst only. Definitely I will sell it very soon due to your bad services.

Feeling dissatisfied with the after sales service more than the product itself.

Speed of fixing phone is fast, just a few days, but fixed this and caused another problem. Where is the quality checking? How can technician assemble the phone with dust, smudges and scratches on the camera? Where is the skill? Even I myself knows a camera lens should be cleaned well and no dust before assembling back phone cover back lid.

Refer image attached. I suspect my Top camera was replaced with old ones. It is not same as original condition.
