Hi, I am facing network issue with my S23 Ultra. When the device under 4G network, it do not have anh internet connection, but it is work fine under 5G.

I had tried hard reset, wipe the cache, reset APN, reset network, etc found from online, none work for me.

I had confirmed it is not the sim or telco issue, as I had tested my sim on another phone and working fine.

Anyone facing similar issue?

Yes, tried. Another sim slot also facing the same issue. Now I am preparing to backup my data for factory reset.

If the device still under warranty should? Send back to Samsung?

Have you tried diagnostics under this Members app?

Reported to Samsung via this App, followed all their procedures including safe mode and factory reset, still facing the same issue. I will send my device to SenQ for extended warranty claim/repair. Potentially related to defects in the charging board, antenna or antenna flex cable

Just got my phone back from the warranty claim. They changed the charging board and antenna flex cable
