S23U cant search wifi6E connection

Recently replace new router AXE5400

My Galaxy S23 Ultra cant search Wifi 6E network

Any solution?

My phone with latest firmware already

maybe you can try connect to another router (someone else's home) that support 6e to reconfirm the error

So far TPLink has a certified WiFi6E Router Archer AXE75E. Please check if you set to latest security type WPA3 and above.

Yes. Using this with WPA3 ( no other option for 6Ghz as well)

galaxy s23 ultra is capable with wifi 6e but it is been disable from software maybe it will be enable in future software update now samsung are not support wifi 6e in Malaysia maybe u can try other brand phone that support wifi 6e

i really dont like it when samsung does this.. it is stated on Samsung Malaysia official website that the S23 Ultra supports 6GHz wifi... if it is not enabled by firmware, they should remove the 6GHz wifi from the list until it is supported.

TP Link malaysia Web also state compatible support list.... but mine cant search 6Ghz at all

Hello All, yes WiFi 6E has many confuse... Including Samsung support staff. Which i think it's disappointing to say the least..having said that the newly iphone 15 pro just launch have both hardware and software enable since day one. Samsung had opportunity to launch earlier has not enable it. Poor us Samsung fans.
