Just a few days ago I received my S24 Ultra phone and honestly, I'm disappointed (aside from the screen problem and faded colors) I noticed that when notifications from Messenger, Shopee, and others appear, the phone only uses the bottom speaker and the sound quality is very low like on a phone from 10 years ago. My previous phone was the S22, its sound was 10X better than this. Has anyone experienced a problem like mine?
Certain functions on the phone like camera shutter sound & notification sound only uses the bottom speaker. It happens on my S21 FE, although I can't really speak for other models especially with dual stereo speakers.
I like to believe it's a feature since it's been there since OneUI 4 since the bottom speaker is supposed to be the louder one, or maybe a major or minor oversight by Samsung.
I don't get what you mean by low sound. I'm using it too, Upgraded from S22 Ultra few days ago and it sounded just fine to me? I did notice I need to increase the volume for notification from default. But in comparison, I just need to adjust back all the sound output back to similar levels to my S22 Ultra only
