It’s unusual for a brand-new Galaxy S25 (12GB/512GB) to restart twice in a row, especially while using the Opera browser. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
1. Check for Software Updates Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your device is running the latest firmware.
2. Clear Cache & Data (Opera Browser) Go to Settings > Apps > Opera > Storage > Clear cache. If the issue persists, try Clear data (this will reset the app).
3. Test in Safe Mode Restart your phone in Safe Mode (Press and hold the Power button > Tap and hold ‘Power off’ > Select ‘Safe Mode’). If the issue doesn’t happen in Safe Mode, a third-party app may be the cause.
4. Monitor Temperature & Battery Health Overheating or power management issues can cause random restarts. Check Settings > Battery & device care > Diagnostics.
5. Perform a Factory Reset (If Necessary) If none of the above works, consider a factory reset (Backup your data first).
If the problem continues, it may be a firmware or hardware issue. Visiting a Samsung service center for further diagnosis would be a good next step. Hope this helps!
