I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties setting up a work profile on your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. This issue has been reported by several users attempting to create work profiles using platforms like Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace.
Potential Causes and Solutions:
1. Device Compatibility: Some users have noted that the Galaxy S25 series may not yet be fully integrated into certain Android Enterprise systems, potentially causing compatibility issues during work profile setup.
2. Existing Work Profiles: If you had a work profile on a previous device, ensure it's properly removed before setting up a new one on your S25 Ultra.
3. Device Administration Settings: Verify that the Company Portal app has the necessary administrative permissions:
* Navigate to Settings > Security & Privacy >More Security Settings > Device Admin Apps.
* Ensure that the Company Portal is activated as a device admin.
4. Sufficient Storage: Confirm that your device has adequate free space, as insufficient storage can hinder the creation of a work profile.
5. Clear App Data: Clearing the data of the Company Portal app can resolve setup issues:
* Go to Settings > Apps.
* Select the Company Portal app.
* Tap on Storage, then choose Clear Data.
6. Network Connection: Ensure you're connected to a stable and secure Wi-Fi network during the setup process.
Recommended Steps:
1. Uninstall the Company Portal App: Remove the app from your device.
2. Restart Your Device: Power off your phone completely and then turn it back on after a brief pause.
3. Reinstall the Company Portal App: Download and install the latest version from the Google Play Store.
4. Grant Necessary Permissions: Ensure the app has all required permissions and administrative rights.
5. Initiate Work Profile Setup: Open the Company Portal app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your work profile.
