Is the proscaler features only applicable in QHD+ resolution? Or it works in FHD+ as well?

based on information from tipster Ice Universe and comparisons of the s25 ultra with the s24 ultra, it's clear that proscaler works effectively even in fhd+ (1080p) and hd+ (720p) resolutions.
