Samsung 45w charger vs 65w trio, which one better?

I don't own any of the 2 charger but I'm guess it's fast charging and super fast charging. Mine is the galaxy note9 so it only has 19w fast charging.

I don't have 45W but I do have original 25W and also, I bought 90W Aukey.
Fell in love with Aukey. High quality and works like a charm. Charging myS22U to 100% in less than 1hr.
For my 25W ori charger, it takes 1hr 5 min ++ .
