Samsung Lazada Malaysia Official Store Scam - Holding Returned phone and no refund!! SCAM!!!!!!

Hi Samsung, I need assistance with an issue I’m facing.

I recently purchased an S24 Ultra from the official Samsung store on Lazada. The product description highlighted the camera's quality, but when I received the phone, the photos it took were blurry. After noticing a bug with the S24 Ultra, I promptly returned the phone to Lazada.

However, Lazada has informed me that Samsung is holding the phone in their warehouse and has not processed my refund. The Samsung Lazada Official Store initially promised to assist me with the refund, but despite my repeated follow-ups, I have received no response.

To make matters worse, the Samsung Lazada Official Store has now rejected my refund request, while still holding onto the phone. I’ve also reached out to Samsung Malaysia's customer support via their website, but they informed me that they have no control over the Samsung Lazada Official Store.

This Samsung Lazada is from Malaysia, please think twice before buying from Samsung Lazada Malaysia.

The S24 Ultra AI make the photo worst, no way to disable even set it to minimum.

Hi @WilsonChew,

The post-processing you mentioned should most likely be the intelligent optimisation feature turned on.

You may head over here to turn it off:
Settings > Search for "Intelligent optimisation" and adjust to minimum.

The other option is to turn HDR off:
Settings > Search for "HDR" > Gallery settings > Turn it off

Feel free to play with the settings here to suit your preference.
