Hope Samsung Malaysia will help to solve this issue instead of customer have to pay for the replacement screen phone which cost RM1010 (quoted from Samsung Kota Kinabalu Service Center). As this is the same issue that is experience by most of the S20 series line up globally. Galaxy SNope, they only offering free repair for vertical line issue not my issues but globally alot of people been experiencing this issue.
i went to the Kota Kinabalu service center to pick up my phone and i saw one old aunty who have similar issues and have to pay for the screen replacement forcefully as she needed the phone for work.
She did mentioned what is the use of buy such an expensive phone but this kind of things happen. Better buy cheap phone.

Galaxy SYes thats the MAIN POINT, VOICE FOR OTHERS. As some of the dont have the time, too lazy or didnt know how (Old people). Samsung is a big and Multi Billion company. They are ignore it as like i mentioned, the customer service 1st response when i brought the device was, DO YOU UPDATE YOUR PHONE? I call, i used live chat and go to the service center, their 1st response was the same. DID YOU UPDATE YOUR PHONE??? This show they know this problem, a simple google and a simple youtube search, will show u that this problem is widely known issue.
THE FREE REPAIR for VERTICAL LINE is because ONE PERSON FROM INDIA spoke UP about it and i contacted her too to get her advice. So ya Im SPEAKING UP FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WONT CANT. My heart was in sad sadden state when i went to the service center to pick up my phone, and the old aunty said i paid alot for the phone and suddenly this kind of thing happened, and she look really worried as she needed the phone for work. When the staff told her needed to fix more than one day, she panic as she really2 need that phone.
The cost of repair is not cheap as well, u might as well buy another s20 device with that repair cost. So before saying judge by 1 case, do u research please.

Galaxy SSoftware update - do u know why they asked for ? You sound expert, and comment about their process. Do you think samsung dont know customet make noise ? Not happy ? She able to purchase the device mean she did it willingly, no one can force her take out money, yet, problem happen could be user issues also could be device issues. Bro.
Since you and me is not technical expert. We shouldnt make any complaint without giving proper proof.
If you not happy about their service you can complain and feedback to them. Not keep spreading news in every social platform. This behaviour is... not so good.
This community, is for user, to discuss and share life.
Not just share complaint. No offense to you, it's really enuf for all this comment.
You can stay samsung user also can change, totally is your choice as you just want people support ," you are right"

and i agree this is a community for the user
I am a samsung user, and because of me almost 80% or my family is using samsung and all of the device are samsung flagships.
When S20 initially launches, the problem was widely know on bleeding green screen. Looks like it comes back to hunt most of the S20 series.
Yes, i know on the software update as i have a back ground in software engineering.
