Samsung notes have bug couldn't sync

This bug has been around for a long time
Constantly prompting that it cannot be synchronized and asking whether to keep the two versions of the file or overwrite
My biggest concern is whether it will overwrite my new version of the file with the old version

Did not find a solution

I have tried
1 Re-login to Samsung account
2 Update app to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall
3 Delete the original note and copy it to the newly created note
4 Allow files to be synchronized or backed up, but every time I can’t back up and sync successfully, even if I choose to back upnow

Does anyone have any clues?

I feel like Samsung is pushing me to use the Google app
I am a big fan of Samsung
Samsung apps are usually preferred over Google apps

Please try deassociate your account with Microsoft OneNote and reassociate again

just Samsung note cant

i already try much way to solve it
but ...

even Samsung Customer service can’t provide support
