My samsung s20 hasnt update to one ui 3.0 its still in one ui 2.1 with the security patch of may of last year...every one it says its going to update but it doesnt anyone knows why??

I have the Galaxy S20 and it is updated almost monthly with the security patch and I also have Android 11 with ONE UI 3.0, I don't know how weird it hasn't been updated yet, is your device from a mobile operator or is it unlocked?

at&t its the 5g version snapdragon 865
