Samsung S23 ultra camera issue after UI 6.1.1 update

Camera zoom between 16x to 19.9 got blurry and ghost shadow.

We have identified that there may be some camera image concerns during camera shots at a certain zoom level in Maximum options of Intelligent optimization. We are working on a SW patch to improve this situation, so please keep your device’s SW version up to date.

As a temporary workaround, you can change the quality optimization setting to ‘Medium’ or ’Minimum’ in the Intelligent optimization of the Camera settings.

*Path : Camera app) Settings > Intelligent optimization > set to ‘Medium’ or ’Minimum’ in Quality optimization (Default : Maximum)

You may also submit feedback via Samsung Members app with pictures and a brief explanation for the tech team to look into the matter.
