Simplygo / Transport Card (Samsung Pay) Not Working

The Simplygo / Transport Card feature in Samsung Pay to tap in for public transport rides is not working suddenly. It has working fine on my S22 suddenly faulty sice 2 days.

I have tried to reset / reinstall the Samsung Pay app but still not working.

Anyone expericensing similar issues, please share...

It happened to me as well. Suddenly my Samsung watch 5 ocbc card having mrt gantry error. No issue with other card on my watch.
Any ideas on how to resolve?

I managed to resolve by resetting this card to be default transport card

How do you reset your card to default transport card? I'm still have issues with spay but my physical citi bank card is working fine on tapping

Hi. I'm same issue now. The error only occurs when i use OCBC card to pay for transport.

I am having this issue as well all of a sudden on my s24 ultra. But tapping from my watch 6 is fine. Zzzz has there been a solution to this? Its alrdy 2024.

Same here. What's going on Samsung? I've uploaded another card - doesn't work still so cannot be card; pay other merchants ok but tap at MRT gantry cannot; check SimplyGo app and it shows card still registered. Somehow the bus/train icon at the top left just above the card in Samsung Wallet/PayPal remains greyed out despite NFC on and it being the only card and set as default transport card. Eh Samsung, help leh.....
