SMS OTP not come into Message & need to call the number

I am using s21+ with 2 active sims card. When there is app that asked for sms OTP, sms will not come into inbox immediately.

What do I need to do: calling sim 1 to sim 2 & sms OTP reach into phone within seconds. I don't faced this issue on Note9/previous phone.

Is this OS bug?

We're sorry for the experience. Can we trouble you to perform following troubleshooting steps?

Step 1 : Check if you have accidentally blocked the number (5 digits number). To check :
- Launch Messages app > More > Block Messages > Block Numbers.

Step 2 : Clear messaging app cache and data
- Go to Settings > Apps > Look for the appropriate app (Messages) > Storage > Clear Cache

The sms otp are not in the blocked lists.
I had done the mentioned steps #1 & #2.
Will check again for future sms otp.

Notice the blocked sms with Senders From "AUTHMSG" or from USA no. that started with +1.
Others SMS OTP from local bank liked DBS, etc are fine
