Is there anybody having problem in switching between WiFi and mobile data with S24?

Been using it for a while now, but it still need to be restart and can't be switch automatically :( I'm kinda getting frustrated...

Yea, I restart every time when I need to switch from WiFi to mobile data 🫠

Also, if your wifi doesn't have a good connection, it can disconnect from WiFi and use data.

Hi @onecolumn,

Just to confirm - both wifi and data works well, the only issue is that it does not auto switch?

There are 2 options below that you may try:

1. Check your Wi-Fi advanced settings: Settings > Wi-Fi > Three dots > Intelligent Wi-FI and adjust from there. 

2. Reset Wi-Fi settings: Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.

If all else fails, you might need to check in with a support personnel for further assistance.

Thanks for replying. I have checked in to Samsung Brand Store to let the support personnel help me check with all the settings, and they have referred me to service centre to get my phone checked again as they have no idea about the problem. Luckily, it started to work normally after a few days. I will be heading to the service centre if it's needed again. Thanks.
