Unable to install work profile

Hi,

I'm unable to install my work profile inside company portal for Microsoft Intune. Able to do so on previous Samsung Galaxy. Anybody having the same issue ?

please clear the work profile data and try again, or else, the issue must be coming from the app itself and need to wait for future bug fixes

Already cleared the work profile data but the issue remain. I can't wait for the bug fix as I rely on accessing company email and communication heavily on mobile devices.

i also unable to setup my work profile using Intelligent Hub on my S25 Ultra.
my IT department ask to contact telco provider since im under their contract. Enable public IP and yet still not resolves.

i dont know if its regional block or what. many of us having the same issue

Could not install since I got it. Tried workarounds on the web, nothing works

Same here..my IT is looking into it. But seems like it is a worldwide issue from my research online.

I found out on Samsung Malaysia Community FB that some of the s25u manage to onboard intune.
Once received the phone straightaway onboard Intune and without any telco contract.

I got S25 Ultra from Maxis and unable to create work profile

I managed to install it, for my phone is from maxis, you need to call them to unblock ur phone before install
