Unable to receive call on my S20 Ultra

Ap per title above state, until now im having problem to receive call from everyone.

Step i have take is reformat/hard reset 5 times!

Reboot evertime unable to receive call.

But this thing keep happen again and again.

Chamge my simcard to old phone (Xiaomi MiA1) all okay can receive call. Weird!!

any particular error or smtg? where did you buy your phone from?

tried troubleshooting via live chat?

there is no error, network full bar. buy from samsung experience store. not yet troubleshooting via live chat but i expect the same clear cache, reboot, format, then send warranty claim. lol

i notice although network is full, the phone is being use, when my fren call, they unable to reach me.

after i make a call, or perform ussd code. then my friend can make a call to me.
