Unfortunately this is a common One UI 4 bug. What we can do is wait for Samsung to fix it.

Hello HustleEveryday. I am Faiz, from Samsung.

We're sorry for the experience. Can we trouble you to perform the following troubleshooting steps?

Step 1: You may try to turn off Wi-Fi, then turn off the phone. Turn your phone back on and then turn on WiFi again.

Step 2: Reset your router.

Step 3: Forget and relearn the network.
>> Launch Settings from your home screen and select Connections.
>> Tap Wi-Fi.
>> Tap the network you're connected to.
>> Tap Forget.
>> Tap the network again to reconnect to it.
>> Enter the password if there is one.
>> Tap Connect.

Step 4: Try connecting to a different WiFi network.

Step 5: Hardware Test on Samsung Member Application
On your device, launch the Samsung Member application > Get Help > tap View tests under Diagnostics> Press Wi-Fi > See the result.

Step 6: Reset Network Settings
This procedure will wipe cellular, VPN and WiFi settings, as well as all wifi networks and their passwords.

To clear the network settings:
- Open Settings app.
- Tap General management.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Reset network settings.
- Tap Reset.
- Restart your phone and check for the problem.

If the issue persists, we would like to propose the Smart Tutor. The advantage is, we will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting over the call.
