We're sorry for the experience.Can we trouble you to perform the following troubleshooting steps?
Step 1: You may try to turn off Wi-Fi, then turn off the phone. Turn your phone back on and then turn on WiFi again.
Step 2: Reset your router.
Step 3: Forget and relearn the network.
>> Launch Settings from your home screen and select Connections.
>> Tap Wi-Fi.
>> Tap the network you're connected to.
>> Tap Forget.
>> Tap the network again to reconnect to it.
>> Enter the password if there is one.
>> Tap Connect.
Step 4: Try connecting to a different WiFi network.
Step 5: Hardware Test on Samsung Member Application
On your device, launch the Samsung Member application > Get Help > tap View tests under Diagnostics> Press Wi-Fi > See the result.
Step 6: Reset Network Settings
This procedure will wipe cellular, VPN and WiFi settings, as well as all wifi networks and their passwords.
To clear the network settings:
- Open Settings app.
- Tap General management.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Reset network settings.
- Tap Reset.
- Restart your phone and check for the problem.
